【Purchasing through AKIBA JUNKY: Product Acquisition for Business】
If you complete the registration requirements for AKIBA JUNKY: Product Acquisition for Business, you will gain access to a direct communication channel with our bulk product ordering team. You would be able to request larger quantities of desired product stock and receive a specified discounted rate on each order. Please see below for the procedure flow, benefits, requirements, limitations, and additional information.
【Initial Registration / Registration Detail Confirmation / Service Enrollment】
①Initial Registration:
Initial registration of your information / business / sole proprietorship is required. Once reviewed, you will receive an email with the next steps required to confirm your registration details.
②Registration Detail Confirmation
To confirm your registration details, specifically your full name and official address that will be used for shipping order to, we need submission of a clear image of your passport page with matching information. Please ensure that the passport information and name matches that of your initial registration details.
③Service Enrollment
In addition to the initial registration, a service fee to correspond with our team and submit product requests is required. The service fee requirement to use our service is as shown below:
Annual rate (settled in one payment for enrollment / renewal)

▩ Renewal Rate: $143.88 ($11.99 per month)
Once your initial registration has been submitted, details confirmed with matching information on your passport, and enrollment fee settled successfully, we will contact you and issue you a new account registration number. This will be provided to you along with the business acquisition requests form page access that can be used. This form can be submitted directly to our staff for review each time you would like to make a bulk order.
【Account Number Provided / Business Acquisition Request Form Submission】
As long as your account is currently active with us, you can submit product requests at any time. You just need to fill out the form with your account number, basic details, and the items and quantity you would like to order. Card Codes / URL from our official site catalog / or even Japanese products that are not shown in stock can be requested. Once submitted our staff will review the details and create an order estimate for you. Only one request form can be processed at a time. Once completed, another can be submitted for review.
【Acquisition Request Review ➡ QTY Fulfillment Adjustment ➡ Estimate Provided】
▩ It takes approximately 1-3 days to review a submitted request.
▩ Based on availability at the time of the request, quantities may be adjusted.
▩ An estimate of the total order with shipping calculated will be provided via official email.
【Order Settlement ➡ Order Preparation ➡ Dispatch From Japan】
▩ If you wish to proceed with the requested order, settlement can be completed via the payment gateway on our site that will be provided for each request. Various credit card options / Paypal are available.
▩ Stocking of the request may take up to approximately one business week or longer depending on product quantities.
▩ Your order will be packed carefully, include commercial invoicing, and be dispatched from Japan with registered tracking.

Note: S/H is calculated based on the weight of the exported parcel and may fluctuate based on the total quantity of cards in one package. All business orders will be shipped with registered tracking from Japan.
【Regarding Product Condition】
Products are classified as pre-owned / pre-stocked condition (per TOS). We do not guarantee certain conditions for any type of grading service. We give an approximate estimate range based on general condition and in-house checks of the product. Due to subjective imperfections from production and handling we rate each product based on a range shown below:

▩ Lightly Loved (LL) - Overall very good visual condition. Mild imperfections may exist.
▩ Moderately Loved (ML) - Some imperfections are noticeable, but overall condition is good.
▩ Heavily Loved (HL) - heavy signs of wear and imperfections on the product from age / wear.
【Regarding Export Regulations and Documentation】
All products exported from Japan are sent out with commercial invoices and dispatch documentation stating true values of the transaction price and product descriptions, as required by international law. Import duties, and country specific charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine if additional costs may occur prior to purchasing. Any additional import costs related to the country of residence/import are the responsibility of the importer.

If a business works with us over the years and proves to be a reliable partner, we increase product quantity limits as well as give improved order benefits.
To ensure we protect this system, we have strict protocol relating to issues with payment processing and problematic situations. We take record of any post processing transaction chargebacks, purposefully rejected packages, fraudulent activity, or unreasonable claims regarding fulfilled orders. We reserve the right to reject service and future applications for access to our network and partnered business networks.
【General Terms of Service for all users of AKIBA JUNKY Store/Services】
Service/Product Disclaimer & Additional Information * Akiba Junky ships ordered products by EMS (Priority Air Mail) and by other registered providers with tracking where available. Shipping time will depend on the specified destination country. Shipping address must be the confirmed address via Paypal (for security and accuracy). In the event that a route/destination is unavailable, we will contact you regarding possible alternative shipping options. * Please note that items stocked and sold by Akiba Junky include a specified item condition. (example: pre-displayed / pre-owned condition/ sealed/ unopened) The item's condition including packaging and the item itself may contain imperfections / damage depending on the listing. Confirming these details as shown on listings is the responsibility of the buyer and is shown in item descriptions. * Out of print/out of stock items may be listed on the Akiba Junky Shop and may be unavailable when an online order is placed. In the event that the item is sold or no longer available, the order may be canceled and the customer will be informed via email. * Due to the nature of pre-owned / pre-displayed collectibles (previously owned/displayed/not new condition) Akiba Junky can make no guarantee regarding condition or state of the item / box / or included accessories. By purchasing the product, the buyer is accepting such collector's items as pre-owned and in as-is condition. Return requests relating to this cannot be honored. In regards to packages damaged in transit, filing a report from your local post office will be required to begin an insurance claim request. Please contact us as soon as possible if that process is necessary, as we will need to file the claim request with the Japanese dispatch post.
Certain items are produced as Japan region products and warranties / customer service is only available domestically in Japan.
Regarding Cancellations and Returns: Once orders are placed cancellations cannot be honored per our store policy. Any instance of returned packages (in unopened package state) due to inaccurate address provided by customer will result in additional fees that will be deducted from any reimbursement amount. Any packages opened and returned for any other reason will not be honored per our no cancellation / no returns policy. Regarding Order Adjustments and Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel any orders deemed high risk or suspicious based on our review and data analysis. Additionally any history of high risk customer purchase may be cancelled at our business discretion. Additionally orders may be adjusted due to quantity and availability deficiencies at the time of the order. Some products are sold under the category of "pre-stocked unopened/opened /used condition" under the Japanese antique dealer approval certification. Therefore these items are sold as as-is collectibles regardless of the condition. Packages shipped via EMS include tracking and insurance as part of the shipping cost. In the event a package does not reach its destination, or if the package is damaged in transit, the customer must file a report at their local post office. If approved, insurance can cover these damages. However, insurance does not cover confiscated packages caused by importing products which are illegal in your country or unclaimed/refused packages. The customer/importer is responsible for receiving the ordered package, which means researching your country's import laws and regularly checking your package's tracking and contacting your local post office should there be any delivery problems.
